Help me give my students the opportunity to learn in an environment where they are most comfortable by allowing them choice in their everyday setting.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach a group of highly motivated First Graders. My students are special to me because they inspire me to work harder every day. They’re creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! My students come to school each day ready to push themselves out of their comfort zone, to grow personally and academically! They strive to help their peers and want everyone to succeed. I love their outgoing, hardworking personalities and want to see that continue to grow every day!
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Students will be able to simply focus on the academic material at hand, rather then fidgeting in their chairs or at their desk because they are uncomfortable. Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. It teaches students responsibility in making appropriate choices in their learning. They will develop an understanding of what learning environments work for their bodies and what may not. The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices.
