This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school is a Title I school where the student demographic is an extremely low economic status. My students receive free breakfast and lunch everyday. They have a lot of needs, not only at home but in school as well.

Our school works very hard in assisting these students to succeed by helping them get materials they may need.

My students are creative and very clever. Everyday, my students walk in with a smile on their faces ready to learn!

My Project

These balance balls flexible seating would be perfect for my students that have a hard time focusing. I currently have one, and I started using it with one of my students. He has done a 360 and now always participates. He has came alive in class and is very focused.

I have about 6 other students who could really benefit from these as well.

Working at a Title One school kids really need to be focused!!!! These work great, just need a few more. This will help them pay attention to lessons instead of being distracted and looking around the room.
