My students are amazing. They are so loving and helpful. I have never had a class like this before - they just want to help and are so willing to go the extra mile for people. My class consists of mainly second language learners, so sometimes communicating is difficult. I would love to incorporate more art into my day, but since I am doing flexible seating, I need a way for students to do art without tables.
I would love a trays that allow students to do their work on.
Having trays would be very beneficial because I am doing flexible seating - which means no tables or chairs! Using trays would allow my students to have a spot to actually do their art.
Flexible seating is very important to me. I think students should have a choice in where they sit and complete their work. With flexible seating, students may sit on the floor, on a pillow, on a stage, at a small table, etc. Students have the choice!
With flexible seating, students need tools to do their art.
Trays would allow them to create without getting glue and a mess on the carpet. Trays create a "table." These trays would also allow the students to eat while in the classroom. Even with no tables or chairs, we can still function like an average classroom!
