Flexible Seating To Help Increase Reading Enjoyment.
My students need stools and ball chairs for flexible seating to help them with being able to stay focused while they are learning. Using different styles of seating can help the students move when needed and not bother others around them.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students work hard every day to overcome challenges. My classroom is in a Title 1 school. My students have challenges they face at home, learning disabilities they have to overcome, and language difference they have to work through.
My students are special because even with all the obstacles they have to overcome they are still coming to school every day and trying their hardest to do the best that they can.
My students are willing to do the work!
My Project
Flexible seating is where students can choose what kind of seat they would like to sit on instead of a regular chair. Students with disabilities are able to move around without bothering others around them. Being in a classroom with regular ed and ESE students, the students have a variety of needs.
The flexible seating that was chosen (Exercise balls and stools) will help all learners in the classroom succeed with staying focused because they are not confined to a hard chair.
Students are able to learn in a comfortable way. What is important is that students are learning every day.
