My students need flexible seating! They need Hokki stools to be able to move while they work. Carpet squares will help my students be able to sit anywhere in the room and work!

My Students

My students are an awesome bunch! They are the first group I've taught that will be getting to work on Chromebooks! These students range from some who use technology frequently and/or daily to those that have never used a computer before.

The world we live in relies heavily on technology.

I teach at a school that sets high standards for students. We have revived EXCELLENT ratings in our state for academic progress. We work really hard to ensure that our students succeed!

My Project

I have asked for two options for flexible seating in my classroom.

Hooki stools will allow my students to be able to move while they work.

Allowing movement while working, makes students be able to focus more.

The carpet squares allow for students to sit where they want around the room, but not be on the hard floor. They can be comfortable while reading their book during our independent reading time!

Students having a choice of their seating, are more apt to perform better on their schoolwork! Flexible seating allows them to choose what is more comfortable for them to work!
