I teach fabulous fourth graders Math, Social Studies, and Science in a wonderful neighborhood school. My school has been around for many years and we are lucky to have had generations of families attend our school. Many of our students have had siblings, parents, aunts and uncles attend our school. There is a lot of school pride within our walls.
My students are eager learners who work diligently every day to acquire new knowledge.
My students are athletes, artists, creative thinkers, eager learners and so much more. They have many different interests and talents, and come from several different countries. Having so much diversity within my classroom makes teaching my students fun and challenging every day.
All of my students will benefit from having places to choose to sit to do their schoolwork. Because there will be 33 bodies in our fourth grade classroom at once, we will need to be creative with space!
The whiteboards will provide not only a choice of a place to sit for students, but also will provide a place to hold math groups!
Students will be excited to be able to write on the tables during Math time. It is always nice to be able to make learning fun and a little exciting for my fourth grade students during Math class!
