I have an amazing class! We are a diverse classroom with so much energy! I have students who have different learning abilities. My students would benefit from flexible seating. With more research we are learning that our students learn best in different ways.
I have students that get fidgety and restless.
To help my students reach their fullest potential, I would like to offer flexible seating in my classroom. The more comfortable my students are, the more student engagement will happen!
My Project
My students learn in different ways and having them have options of different comfortable seating will help my students stay engaged throughout the day. Right now, they have a hard chair to sit on all day and research shows that students learn best with movement and when they are comfortable.
These different options allow them to have movement and to be comfortable.
They can bounce, wobble, kneel and so much more. My students will benefit from having choice in seating. They will be able to try different options to see what works best for them. This gives flexibility! My students will be so excited to come to school and have comfortable learning options.
