My students need seating options including floor chairs, wobble chairs and lap desks to get them up and out of the traditional classroom desks.

My Students

This will be my second year with the same group of students. I work in a district where we loop, so I have the same group for 3rd and 4th grade. While working with them last year I was able to see how different seating options would be a wonderful thing to be able to offer them. They are movers!

My students are an energetic and excitable group!

I am looking forward to their return and hope to present a new, updated classroom to them!

My Project

Traditionally, students sit with desks and chairs while learning in a classroom. I have found that this option does not work with all students! Some need to stand, sit on the floor, or even just plain wiggle while seated. That is why I believe wobble chairs, floor seats, and counter stools will allow for more choice of seating comfort in my classroom.

I'm looking for new seating options to eliminate traditional desks and provide comfort!

By providing students with these new comfort options I believe that their learning will reach new heights! Thank you for helping me bring new flexible seating options to my classroom!
