My Students

Our classroom is a place of imagination, safety, creativity and fun. Every morning students come into the classroom ready to learn and ready to succeed. Our students work extremely hard and take pride in their efforts.

Every student in my classroom is a unique individual who needs a caring and inspiring classroom environment in which to grow as a learner.

They come in with different abilities and learning styles. My goal is to help each child reach their full learning potential.

My Project

Not every fourth grade student works well sitting in traditional desk chairs. I often find students leaning back in their chairs, sitting on their knees or kicking their legs back and forth.

These wonderful ergonomic seats will allow students to keep moving, while still sitting, focusing and learning.

This project will allow students to take more control of their classroom by choosing where they sit each day. These seats will help improve posture and focus during whole group and small group lessons. My students will have the opportunity to work in a space that will best fit their individual needs.
