Our school is located in a very small town. Our students are kind and love to learn! I teach all of the 3rd graders math. 3rd graders are an exciting group! They are full of energy and are ready and eager to learn. They are curious and want to be actively involved in their learning. All of my students are unique and learn in different ways. Some students have an easier time learning and other students struggle in my class. I like to provide multiple ways for students to learn. By providing many different math activities, students are actively engaged in their leaning!
Math requires students to be very focused, however some students just struggle with staying focused.
Flexible seating helps students stay focused by providing patterned and rhythmic movement to help them stay on task.
My Project
It is so hard for students to sit still these days! Adding wobble cushions and hexagon cushions give students an option to help them focus! Unfortunately our school budget does not allow for this type of purchase.
My students will benefit from the use of these flexible seating options!
My students will love having the option to choose a comfy cushion or an inflated wobble cushion. These flexible seating options will allow them to focus more in the classroom. I am hoping that someone will see this purchase as a positive benefit for all of my students in the classroom!
