My students need more seating choices for our flexible seating classroom as well as MP3 players to enjoy listening to books to build fluency and comprehension.
My students are an amazing group of second graders who love school and learning!
We are working hard to create a classroom full of learners who are problem solving and thinking all the time!
Our classroom utilizes flexible seating for a unique experience where students can make choices as to their own learning style and work in a way that is best for them. Students are able to choose where they sit in a a variety of options from pillows on the floor to tall stools and tables.
My Project
Our classroom uses a flexible seating model which allows students to choose the best location for them to work in and be successful I am looking for another tall table and chairs to give them more choices in the room.
My students love choosing the best way to do their SECOND GRADE BEST!
I am also looking for a set of MP3 players and drawer holders to use during Daily 5 so students can listen to a variety of books read aloud to them. This will help build fluency and comprehension as well as getting them excited about reading with technology!
