My students need flexible seating options to enhance learning and creativity. Seating options will allow students to choose a comfortable and fun space that they want to learn in!

My Students

I teach a fun, diverse and caring inclusive preschool classroom of various special education needs and typically developing boys and girls ages 3-5. The students at our primary preschool are always engaged and learning in a play based learning environment. The students have a nice size classroom and I would like to build an environment that is exciting and gives options for various seating arrangements. We have a select few seating options and would love to give them more choices to have for their individual learning styles.

My Project

These flexible seating options will allow the students to have fun seating options that can be used anywhere in the classroom. They are colorful and age appropriate and give students comfort in the classroom! The stools and cushion seats will add variety and options to our select current options that we already have in the classroom. The various sizes, colors and textures will be beneficial and fun for the students. Theses options will hopefully improve student's focus for learning foundational skills throughout the rest of the school year. These additions to our classroom will be a great start to building our preschool flexible seating!
