My Students

I teach a wonderful class of 3rd graders (my Kidney beans)! These kids have a mixture of interests and ability levels. They are very enthusiastic about learning. My students are very creative and love hands on projects. They enjoy new experiences, a flexible environment, and social learning.

This fantastic group of 3rd graders are very passionate about learning new things and exploring the unknown.

I am blown away each day by their kindness, creativity, and ability to inspire each other. They are a fun loving group and a pleasure to work with.

My Project

Many students need different types of seating/tables in order to be most successful in the classroom. Flexible seating allows them to wobble, rock, bounce, etc. which increases oxygen flow to the brain which allows their minds to be more attentive and focused.

I plan to use these stools to provide flexible seating at my small group Kidney bean table.

My classroom currently has no flexible seating and I am ready to start my journey to provide more seating choice and comfort to my students. I also think these wobble stools will make coming to small group even more fun for the students.
