Help me give my students 3 Kore Adjustable Height Wobble Chairs and a Trideer replacement exercise ball. The adjustable wobble chairs will appeal to most as they accommodate all heights.
My middle school students live in a small supportive community, however, their families are far from being affluent with over 50% qualifying for free and reduced lunch. Some are coming to school ready to fully engage, others have many real-life overwhelming obstacles to overcome before they can be ready to focus on learning. My students are excited about some of the seating options we have received from previous projects. We have a few more hard plastic chairs to replace as they are cracking and pinching their legs and catching their clothes. My students enjoy independent work as well as team collaborations.
We need easy to move furniture to be able to accommodate our various projects.
We have a variety of learning strategies in place and additional alternative adjustable seating will help to ensure that each student's needs are met so that they can focus on their learning right where they are!
My Project
My students will be excited to have the Kore Adjustable Height Wobble Chairs as a flexible AND adjustable seating option. The Trideer Exercise Ball will replace a broken ball and put a rolling chair back in use. As an added bonus, the Kore Wobble Chairs move around easily for team collaborations and re-groupings. Also exciting is that the Kore Wobble Chairs will accommodate varying student heights.
As a middle school student, they are growing by leaps and bounds so having the option to adjust the height of their chair as well as wobble, will be double satisfying: comfort and more focus.
With your help, my students will have a personalized space, at a proper ergonomic height, and wobble the wiggles away.
