Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are thoughtful, creative and very curious (full of questions.) They love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions. They arrive at school each day ready to try something new and challenging in order to grow both personally and academically.
They are truly an awesome group, and I consider myself very lucky to have a new group of learners that are as excited as myself to learn!
They are definitely my inspiration.
My Project
Help me give my students the option for flexible seating and a more comfortable environment with beanbag seats, lap desks, and yoga mats.
The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices.
The comfy floor seats, yoga mats, and the beanbag chair will allow for additional comfortable floor seating options. They are lightweight and can be easily used in many areas of the classroom.
I have seen how choice can positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
