I love how hard my students work to do their best and to be their best day in and day out. I love how they smile and laugh and are kind to each other. The enjoyment and love that they have for learning, their teachers, and their school, reaffirms my passion to teach! I love how eager they are to please, to help, and encourage one another.
In today's world, I feel the aforementioned attributes, are what make them so special and loving.
They fill my heart with meaning and purpose every day and that has inspired me to give them the best learning environment and to be the best teacher that I can be because they deserve that.
My Project
Students spend over seven of their waking hours at school. They sit in hard plastic chairs and expected to do their best work. How can our students be energized, motivated and excited to learn if their learning space is dreary, cramped, and confining?
The Bean Bag Bench will turn a corner into a reading nook with comforts of home.
