My Students

I have the opportunity to teach at one of the best high schools in the school district. The reason is because of the students, teachers, and administrators that work together to create an amazing school culture. All of the resources that I am requesting will help our students transition back after a year of pandemic learning. All of the items will help provide lessons based on the Nevada Academic Content Standards.

My Project

In my previous projects, I expressed my goal to replace all of the traditional blue rubber chairs with black swivel chairs. The black swivel chairs allow my students to adjust for their height and move around easily in the classroom. The students also report that the chairs are more comfortable to sit on which ultimately helps them to be more focused on their learning. I was given more gift cards for a project so I would like to use the funding to get two additional chairs for the classroom! I can't wait to have the entire room updated.
