My Students

I absolutely love my fun-loving group of third graders. They are special because they come to school very energetic and ready to learn every day. My students love having different seating choices as I love giving them the opportunity to have these choices. I know with a relaxed and comfortable learning environment students will thrive and love being at school.

Students also love using whiteboards and markers.

We use these a lot throughout the day. There's just something about them that is better than paper and pencil! I know my students would benefit greatly from this!

My Project

After adding some seating choices this year, I feel like I could see a difference in their learning. They were eager to come to school and have a comfy place to learn. Having different choices is so important for kids these days. We do a lot of learning together on whiteboards and using dry erase markers. I do a lot of modeling math problems and once I've modeled some math problems, they will now have the opportunity to do some on their whiteboards. It definitely makes learning more fun.
