My Students

My students are excited to be back in school. I'm so glad to see their smiling faces on the days they attend. They are learning to be flexible with all the changes that have been made due to the pandemic.

I'm so proud of my students' resiliency and perseverance!

They have adapted very well to our new classroom environment. They are trying to keep their distance from their classmates even when getting their materials ready for class.

My Project

Our classroom environment has changed quite a bit with the pandemic. We adjusted how we are seated and how we are storing supplies. I want to provide one table group of four with a storage ottoman to keep their supplies close, safe, and organized.

Currently, some students store their materials on a shelf or on their table.

The new ottoman will reduce the amount of time that four of my students will spend trying to locate the materials they need for each lesson. The magnetic trays and mobile cart will give another group a place to keep their work. These new items will help my students practice social distancing when they are getting ready for lessons.
