This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have always enjoyed using flex seating in our classroom. This has been one component that has changed the classroom dynamics in a positive way. During Covid we were unable to use many flex seating options and had to go back to traditional seating. This took away the fun and flexibility in our classroom.

Students need the freedom and opportunities to explore different seating options that best fit their learning and personality.

Crazy to think how a chair can make such a difference in a child's academic performance.

Student's in first grade will have the advantage of enjoying flex seating and enjoying a modern classroom. They can find a seating option that helps them remain comfortable and excited about learning.
