My classroom is full of smiles, laughter, singing, dancing, and learning. My students are encouraged to be themselves and to accept others no matter the differences they may see. I strive to make a safe, comfortable, and welcoming learning environment for my students.
I believe relationships with my students come first, everything else follows.
Third grade is such an interesting age because students are transitioning from primary to intermediate. My students still crave the attention of their teacher, but also start to solve their own problems and become independent learners.
My Project
The cube organizer shelves and fabric storage cubes will provide my students with an individual space to store their materials and personal school supplies. My classroom has recently received tables to replace desks. Tables will allow my students to choose their seats and encourage them to take responsibility for their choices.
When our classroom is organized my students can focus less on the distractions of a messy desk and more on learning.
Cube organizer shelves with fabric storage cubes will provide flexible storage for my students while creating a personal space for them to store their belongings while using tables instead of desks.
