My students need flexible seating due to always moving about the classroom and using hands-on manipulatives to improve learning in a sensory safe environment!
Hello! My amazing students range in age, grade, level, and ability! Currently, I have a classroom with grades 6th through 12th. My students are hard workers with determination to strive to do there best.
I love how my students are able to take on new challenges and work for the things they need.
They enjoy goofing around having a great time but they also know when its time to get serious and work hard! I love how my students are eager to learn and take on any challenge that comes their way big or small.
My Project
Flexible seating will allow my students to take charge of their learning and make choices that work best for them in the classroom. My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given a choice of where to work.
During independent workstations, my students will be able to choose a work area that is soothing, sensory safe, and conducive.
The stools that I have selected will give my students optional seating and conducive learning environment in our classroom that is beneficial to each of our students. Please help us give our amazing students something that will impact them for the rest of their lives!
