My Project

Dear Generous Supporter,

Traditional classroom seating doesn't always accommodate the unique needs of each student.

Every child learns differently, and traditional desks and chairs can sometimes hinder rather than support their learning experiences. With flexible seating, we have the opportunity to provide our students with a range of seating options that allow them to choose the setup that best suits their learning style and comfort.

Imagine the possibilities:, wobble stools for students who benefit from subtle movement while working, yoga seats allow my students to wiggle while working and yoga balls allow students to move while working at our reading table. With these flexible seating options, we can create a reading environment where every child feels empowered to learn in a way that works best for them.

Research has shown that flexible seating not only increases student engagement and productivity but also promotes better posture, improves focus, and enhances overall well-being. By implementing flexible seating in our classroom, we can create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Your support for this grant will directly impact the learning experiences of our 2nd-grade students, providing them with the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally. Together, we can create a learning space that fosters creativity, collaboration, and a love for learning.
