My Project

My school has a multi-ethnic population. I already have very many flags of different nations, I wish to add to the collection so that more students are represented.

Students are more engaged in their studies when they see themselves represented in the school.

I shall hang these flags at the entrance of my classroom on a rotating basis. I have based this project on the largest segments of our school for which I do not yet have a flag.

Students notice the flags, look forward to seeing which one is hung each day, and often engage in conversation about the reason for the day's flag.
