Fitness Club- In a Small School Where Big Things happen

Help me give my students a means to use our limited space to improve their fitness level and emotional well-being. Students can exercise at the same time during our fitness club and Pro-Co times.

My Project

We have a small school and our students' needs are great. Students arrive at my door on their own asking to exercise during lunch. The students use their own lunch and activity time efficiently to perform cardio and weight bearing exercises that they may not be able to perform at home.

They are self motivated are support one another in a common purpose.

We have transformed what used to be a closet into a supportive environment that students look forward to sharing.

With this equipment, students will able to simultaneously perform a great deal more weight bearing exercises in the space that we have. This equipment will allow them to not only work on chest and arm exercises, but exercise their backs, shoulders, legs, etc as well. In the days ahead, we plan to expand our plans for the club and this equipment will help get us there. Have not doubt, our students do and will appreciate any and all equipment it have or hopes to have in the future.
