My Students

My students are from a rural, low-income area in Missouri. They are eager to learn and explore the world we live in. However, money is an obstacle for some of my students. The opportunities are not always available for them because of it. Therefore, I am needing assistance with providing my students with learning supplies and materials.

My Project

Due to being a first-year teacher, the books in my classroom library are limited. These books will be used for independent reading. The books chosen will fit a wide variety of reading styles and levels. I want my students to learn how to choose good-fit books. It will be easier for my students to choose good-fit books if I have a wide variety of books available for them.

With your donation, you will be giving my students a wide variety of books to choose from that fits them.

These books will help my students grow stronger in reading independently. The students' love for reading will increase as well.
