My Students

This year will be my first year at NMBMS and a first year as a teacher. I want to make this year as special, safe, and welcoming as I can beings 7th graders go through so many changes. I want my students to have so many supplies provided for them to help increase their engagement and learning throughout lessons. This project would help get my math classroom jump-started​ with supplies I need for my first classroom since I’m starting from scratch.

My Project

My students will greatly benefit from these supplies because it will make the class more interactive and make blended learning even easier! During lessons, students will be able to play games or show their work using their dry-erase board. Additionally, having clipboards will allow students to be more active in class or even take the class outside for the day. The large easel paper will allow me to create anchor charts to help my students understand the material better by providing a visual to them. The colored paper will be used to help students to ​remember certain topics within a specific unit as well.
