This year is my 4th year teaching middle school science. I love the energy my students bring into learning. Each of my students bring their own uniqueness and personality to the classroom. I work in an urban district where more than half of the students qualify for free or reduced lunch. Many of my students can not afford basic school supplies necessary for their success.
Having the appropriate supplies needed for everyday learning and project based learning will be a huge game changer for all my students.
The tissues and paper towels will be a huge help during the cold and flu season that is still currently upon us. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will help with getting access to interactive lessons for the students to enjoy. The pencils, gluesticks, sharpies, scissors, and construction paper will be beneficial to everyday lessons as well as class projects.
