My school is the coat of many colors. It is Title I, but doesn't reflect the stigma that comes along with that designation. As the Instructional Technology Resource Teacher I have the pleasure of working with every single student in my building. They are a caring group of kids who are eager to learn, especially when we make the learning into a game.
My school is in a tight knit community and many students have parents who attended this school when they were children themselves.
My students take a lot of pride in being a member of our school community. It is an honor to work with these children.
My Project
Thank you all for your generous support. The boxes have arrived and I forgot a few items that I need to enhance the experience. The flashlights only came in a six-pack so I need one more of those to make seven complete boxes and I completely forgot to order more than one directional lock.
We need six more directional locks and an extra UV flashlight plus batteries for all of the flashlights I already ordered.
Once the boxes were assembled I realized that I also needed batteries in order for the flashlights to be operational. I need three batteries per flashlight.
