My Students

Our students come to school wanting to prepare for a better life once they leave high school. They work every day toward the ultimate goal of graduation. For our students, most of them will be the first to graduate high school in their families.

Our students are immigrants from all around the world.

They show that no matter where you are from, everyone can work together toward a common goal of community success. Our students, staff, and administration celebrate every achievement and build on every milestone toward graduation. Our students are committed to success.

My Project

As our students progress in their musical endeavors, they are learning to become comprehensive musicians who are able to participate in music beyond their time in school. These skills include playing in a variety of styles, composing music, practicing effectively, and playing in tune.

These tuners will give students an essential tool in learning how to play precisely and in tune with other musicians.

One of the essential tenants of playing with other musicians is the ability to align your sound with another. Learning how to use a tuner to develop positive playing habits will help our students to be more prepared for their musical experiences after they have left our music program.
