My Students

I am a school nurse over at the elementary level. I love each and every single one of my students and they are my inspiration for everything and anything I do or add to the clinic! Since I am a nurse and not a teacher, all of the students in the school are "my students", from Pre-Kindergarten all the way up to 5th grade. Meaning kiddos from ages 3 all the way to 11! This means I have many students I am responsible for making sure they are safe, happy, and healthy!

Our school is located in a low-income area so unfortunately some of our students' parents are not able to provide them the needed hygiene necessities they need in order to be successful in school.

My Project

With these products we will be able to not only help student in our schools on an Elementary basis but also in our Middle and High schools as well! Our district is located in a low-income area and most of our families are unable to provide the necessary tools for our female students during their time of the month. Unlike us, who are fortunate to be able to afford such things, feminine care products like pads or tampons can be considered a luxury for some of our students. So, with your help and donations we can help to be able to provide those needed supplies in multiple of our schools from 4th/5th grade all the way to 12th!
