This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I have a class of special education self-contained students from K-12. I love to hug and encourage the students in their daily success in the classroom.
My students want to be as independent as they can.
I encourage them not to be dependent on others. I have two autistic students who are very loving and caring. I have a visually impaired student who loves to color and draw. I also have one student who has the best smile that will brighten any person's bad day.
My Project
These items will help my students exercise their fine motor skills. They need fun and exciting things to create so they can practice how to write letters and numbers. When using the clay and plaster, they will use their hands and make their muscles stronger for holding pencils.
These students love to create different things from their imagination.
Help them to create, practice writing, and form letters and numbers when they use the clay and the plaster. These students will love to create their own characters and visual arts so they can be successful.
