My Students

The students in this rural town are wonderful. We are a one stop light farming community. The students here come from diverse backgrounds. We have a true multicultural student body representing the diversity of our region.

My students are amazing, hard-working students that are willing to get excited about the possibilities the world has for them.

The true learning for them happens outside the walls of the school. We explore the surroundings and understand the role of technology can play in their future.

My Project

This tool will continue to allow me to teach students how to interact with technology. As the CS teacher I am tasked with taking technology and computer science to a new level, past just games. This will allow my students to interact with the world and use technology to help guide them. Putting tools in front of students that allows them to interact, program and see the world using technology and computer science is key to developing the computational thinking minds of the future.

This project will keep my students moving instead of just watching a screen and that is always my goal.
