My Students

My students are amazing examples of love, friendship, and hard work. They strive to be the best they can and help each other along the way. They want to succeed and their curiosity is pushing them forward. In our classroom, we are learning to be high achievers.

My Project

These books will be exactly what my class needs to differentiate reading and allow success for every child. It will also build the confidence and success of each student through literacy. Everyday students engage in Dyad reading, or partner reading, this helps build fluency and accuracy in both readers. These book sets will be rotated among students to meet the reading needs of every student in my classroom.

Students will use these books to advance their reading skills and their love of reading.

I chose both non-fiction as well as fiction books to engage any reader. Due to the school closures with covid-19, many students were forced to find e-books on phones and tablets. I am excited to get real books back into their hands.
