My Students
I teach in Texas at a Title 1 school in the Houston area. My kindergarten students arrive at different developmental levels ready to begin their public school journey. They are very active and love to learn, sing, play, move and meet new friends. They are learning to read, write, compute and work with numbers. They are lovers of books and technology.
I love seeing their eyes light up when I introduce new topics, toys and technology.
Thank you for helping us!
My Project
We need new manipulatives, ten frames and puzzles for math and science centers. These materials will help engage students in fun and learning at the same time.
The children love using puzzles, games and manipulatives to learn and practice science and math.
They all anticipate their turn in the different centers, while I work with small groups! The also love blocks, books and building centers. They get to express their creativity and flex their brain muscles when configuring and manipulating toys to build their own masterpieces and learn about the world around them.
