My Students

The Finale music writing software has become an essential part of any music classroom. Unfortunately it is expensive for our small school to afford along with other necessities for class. My classroom is like a family. Everyone is welcome and has a part. We always are working together for a goal.

Our school is small and very rural, but the students are hardworking and involved.

School spirit is very high and everyone strives to learn something each day and to improve themselves. Our school does not limit its focus to the intellectual education, but also focuses on character building. We work to educate the whole child.

My Project

This program will be used to compose new music. It will also be used to understand the theory behind the music we perform. Students will be able use a hands on approach to making music. Students will also be able to perform many genres of music by rewriting parts to fit the instrumentation made available at school.

Finale will allow us to perform different genres of music by writing parts to match our instrumentation.

It will also save time for the director giving him or her more time to prepare for an efficient class instruction.
