Help me give my students sturdy folders to help keep them organized throughout the year and half composition notebooks to record their spelling rules say they may easily go back to reference them.

My Project

While my department provides black pocket folders, they are the non-poly kind and my students often end up tearing them within the first nine weeks. We then struggle the rest of the year trying to get papers into the pockets because they keep slipping between the tears which results in lots of frustration from my kiddos and quite a mess. The poly folders will be a much more durable option that I hope to use year after year.

My dyslexia program covers rules that will account for 85% of the English language.

There are a LOT of rules, but once the students know them, they are armed with valuable information. As all brains go, when adding new information, sometimes the old gets lost. The half composition notebooks will provide a place to store each spelling rule as they learn them and a resource they will be able to return to as needed.
