I have a wide range of backgrounds and abilities in my classroom. Our school is located in a small town in southern Illinois, about 70 miles from the nearest major city. There are many hard working families, but a limited number of available jobs.
My students love to get up and move around, they enjoy hands-on experiences and learning many new and exciting things!
The students have enjoyed doing stem projects, biographies, learning about events around the world and many other exciting projects.
My classroom is a small room with about 25 students. I feel that flexible seating would greatly benefit my students to let them move while still being engaged. Because of my room size I am limited in my ability to do this. Bouncy bands for desks will give every student a chance to experience flexible seating at their own desk, while not taking up any extra classroom space.
Bouncy bands can keep students feet busy and minds focused!
We have so much to cover in a day that bouncy bands can give students the relief they need to get out their wiggles.
