This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
My students have been struggling to stay focused. I teach science for all of the students in our the school. I would love to have items to share with them such as fidget keychains, spinners, squishies, and pop-its to help them relieve stress and maintain focus while working.
Special pens and pencils would encourage them to help write down their emotions and feelings during our social emotional learning lessons.
All students will have an opportunity to choose some of these items as special prizes in my treasure box and in the PBIS school store. The students were instrumental in choosing items that they would like earn. Thank you for your consideration!
