My Students

The students in my classroom are mostly freshmen or students who are repeating their freshman year. These young people need support, encouragement, and dedication to encourage them toward success and positive work ethics.

My students come to this classroom to learn not just math, but organization and social skills that will assist them in being active learners, brainstormers, and community contributors.

Growth in logic, learning, and collaborating guide our instruction and interactions with my students. I look forward to seeing them succeed!

My Project

As students have more and more difficulty focusing in the classroom, I hope to equip them with tools to help them achieve academic success. In order to meet and exceed the standards before them academically, we as teachers also need to equip them socially. Many of us lack the tools to do so successfully.

New to us, fidget cubes have already shown a huge success in helping students focus in the classroom.

I would like to have available a class set so that students who need this extra tool in their hands to help them focus on algebra will have it available. Many of my students cannot afford to purchase these tools on their own.

Please help my students focus so that they may excel in the mathematics standards over the next 3-4 years! Thank you!
