My students need to be able to safely move and "fidget" while staying in their seats as we explore the academic world around us.

My Students

We have a unique school, very small, and I get the opportunity to work with every grade level and every child. My students are incredible young people who always strive to do their best.

They are so curious and have so many questions as we embark on all of our science journeys.

Many of our students have IEP's or 504's. These students work hard on getting past their speed bumps and achieving greatness! Their accomplishments are true indicators at just what a great group of children we have in our building!

My Project

I currently have 3 chairs and 3 stools in my classroom. The chairs sit too low for our tables and the stools sit too high for the tables. Aside from that, the students are constantly tipping their seats, or bouncing around. I really believe that these wobble seats will benefit all of my students to be able to move while they learn and stay in their spot. Many of my students really need to fidget as they learn. Since I teach grades 1st through 6th, I also needed these stools to be height adjustable for comfortable seating for all students.
