I am lucky enough to have an amazing group of students this year! They are passionate, dedicated, and excited to learn. They are making huge strides as they learn who they are in middle school and impress me every day with their excitement for learning.
My Project
Middle school is a crazy time, filled with nerves and anxiety to the max. I love my students and my job, but it is hard to see them struggle with things like being hungry or not having the necessary supplies to be successful in school. I have been supplying my classroom with pencils, pens, expo markers, and snacks, but have now gotten to the point where I can no longer foot the costs to support all 120 students who need it.
I truly believe that middle school is a time when students find who they are and how they fit into this world, and by supporting them you are changing the world for the better.
