My Students

My students are energetic and enthusiastic learners. Engagement is the key to their success. The theme of our classroom is family. It is important to me to build a cohesive unit that learns, works and celebrates one another. Through meaningful dialogue and engaging content discussion, my mission can be obtained. The possibilities are endless. The kids love movement and hands-on activities. I want to have a flexible seating classroom this year. Choice is important to learning, movement is important to some students as well.

My Project

Flexible seating will ensure that I meet the learning needs of all of my students. Students will learn in an interactive, comfortable learning environment. Students will have the opportunity to move and sit freely while we learn in a family-friendly classroom.

As studies show, students need the flexibility to fidget, move freely and interact in comfortable classrooms.

The idea that students need to sit still, be quiet and work independently are ideas of the past. Flexible seating will cater to all student learning styles. Please help me make this possible.
