Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are majority Hispanic and are first-time soccer players with little to no experience. For most of my players, this is the first time playing on a team and I want to provide the best experience for my team.
With my project fully funded, my team will have the equipment to help them excel in soccer.
My hopes are to give the team all the help I possibly can. I want to leave an impact on my team and help prepare them for middle school.
My Project
My girls need some equipment to help excel their soccer skills. I have found a few items that I think will really help them during practice as well as games. I found a friction ball, medicine soccer ball, cones, drill cards, coaching clipboard, target net and a speed agility ladder.
These items will help with drills and everyday activity that my soccer team is in need of.
The use of the friction ball and medicine ball will help my players become stronger while being able to chase where the ball will go. The drill cards, coaching clipboard, agility ladder and target net will be useful during practice and will help us during games.
