Face Masks!

Help me give my students disposable face masks to keep us safe during the latest covid surge.

My Students

My students come from different countries with diverse multicultural backgrounds. They attend an inner city Title I school, and many are learning English. Despite the disadvantaged socioeconomic status, students come to school happy and ready to learn.

My students are naturally curious, ask engaging questions and enjoy sharing stories about themselves.

They love to explore their world through different styles of learning and participate in activities that stimulate their young minds. They are our future scientists, artists, writers, and leaders.

My Project

The omicron variant is surging and we continue to mask up at school. The school community is used to teaching and learning behind masks and it would be helpful to have an ongoing supply on hand.

Children need to replace their masks during the day, especially after they have been playing hard at recess.

The elastic also sometimes breaks or masks get misplaced during lunch time. Although masks have been required for awhile now, several students still show up without masks.

Thank you in advance for supplying much needed masks so we can continue to safely learn in-person! We will all get through this pandemic together!
