My Students
I work in a title 1 low income urban elementary school. The students come from Non-English speaking homes where the parents are working hard to make a better life for their children! Being their teacher I want to do the same!
I am looking for tools to make virtual learning easier for my fabulous first graders.
I need your help since most of my students will be navigating this on their own.
My Project
Having to work virtually this camera will give my students a close view into lessons. The document camera will make it easier to show math and be used for discuss of math (and other lessons) problems. Also, during reading it will allow students to feel close to me and the books we are reading. Working with such low students this visual piece is imperative to be successful. The headset will allow students to hear me without background noise. I am asking you to consider donating to help these first graders feel like they are in the classroom with me. It breaks my heart not to be hugging them but this equipment will make it easier for them to be successful! Thank you in advance!
