What I love about my students is that they are KIDS! They are silly and goofy, but they also know what it means to work hard. I am blessed to work with these people each day!
My students have a desire to be at school which warms my heart!
They love to learn from those around them (especially us teachers) and gain new experiences. They are each such wonderful individuals and I love that I can learn from them, too!
My Project
The storage bench and couch I chose will provide a cozy space for my kiddos to work and read! They get so tired of sitting in regular chairs, and the items I have purchased myself are getting worn out.
The Storyworks from Scholastic are an amazing resource that we use all year long!
We include them in our lesson planning regularly. When a new issue is brought out, the students light up as if we have put money in front of them.
The book bins will help our class library become more organized. I have rebuilt our library since Hurricane Harvey and have an amazing selection, but I need to make it user friendly for my students to choose a book that is just right for them!
