My Project

We are having a FAMILY LITERACY NIGHT at F. Elementary School in March!

We want to give F.

families tools and strategies to help their kids with literacy skills. We know that no matter their language background, parents and families of our students want to help their kids become the best readers they can be!

We will have dinner for families, raffle prizes, and teacher- and staff-led workshops to encourage literacy-based activities at home.

Parents and families will learn how to find just-right leveled books for their kids. They will also learn about important and powerful resources like Oakland Reads and Sora.
