I have a classroom of 20 students. My students are very diverse. A high percentage of children in my school are from low-income families. My students have different hardships, but they do their best to succeed. While at school I try to create an engaging, fun, loving, and caring environment where students can learn through hands-on activities and a library where students could read a variety of genres.
Students come to school always willing to do their best to succeed, and they love to discover the world around them.
I have wonderful students who are eager to learn and work hard. My students love to read, and they love being able to have a variety of books to select from and learning through fun and engaging activities in every subject. I am proud of the determination and drive that my students show each day.
My Project
I am asking for a variety of books for my classroom. My students love to read anything from Dog Man to Goosebumps. Books help my students create an adventure inside of the classroom. My students love to read. They are always begging me to have time to read during the day. I am hoping to receive more books so students can have a better selection when going into my classroom library.
Hearing my students asking to read each day makes me realize that reading is important to each student in my classroom.
I am glad that each student loves to go around the room and dig deep into a book. These books will become a valuable asset to my classroom. The magazine rack will also allow me to display a bigger variety of books for my students to select from.
