My students need a see through sensory table to help with sensory development. Kids these days are not used to using their senses outside to explore the world in which we live.

My Students

My kids walk into my classroom everyday full of life, energy and a passion for learning! I have students from various demographic backgrounds who brighten up my world by their avid curiosity and zest for life!

My Project

We live in a world where many children are entertained with electronics, video games and the television. Many children are not being exposed to the world around us and are not used to using our senses to help us discover the worlds in which we live.

I am asking for a See Through Sensory Table to help my students learn to use the senses we have.

We will use this table to explore different textures, colors, sounds and scents. We will use this as a center to explore through literacy stations and math stations as well. We will also use this to explore our senses during different holidays and thematic units during the year. I want to see the curriculum come alive while my students are exploring through our bin!
